The SolarWorld SunCharger serves as a mobile solar power source for all small devices which can be charged according to the USB standard. The SunCharger combines a power supply unit, replacement battery and solar cell – all in one single device. The integrated power supply unit allows you to charge a connected consumer device. The internal battery is charged at the same time. You can conveniently charge devices from the replacement battery and without a socket at any time while on the go. The battery also serves as a buffer storage for the power generated by the solar cell on the top.
No matter where or when, with the SunCharger you can charge your cell phone, smartphone or your digital camera anytime. Save yourself the trouble of carrying many different power supplies and increase the runtime of your smartphone battery. Use the integrated solar cell and generate climate-friendly electricity yourself.
Plug the SunCharger into an electrical outlet and connect your cell phone to the integrated USB port. In this way you can use the SunCharger as a conventional power supply. This also charges the integrated battery.
Charge your cell phone directly anytime off-grid with the integrated battery and so increase your talk time. One press of the button and the LED gives you information about the current charge state of the integrated battery
Open the slider and position the SunCharger in the direction of the sun. The internal battery will now be charged with solar electricity from the two solar panels. The highly effective silicon cells achieve an effi ciency of 17% and can charge a cell phone in approx. 4 hours in direct sunlight.
